About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Accountant. The role combines administrative duties with basic accounting responsibilities, supporting daily operations in our Business Bay office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration tasks.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and expense records.
- Prepare and update financial reports under supervision.
- Assist with payroll and petty cash management.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support management with other clerical and financial duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Compensation & Location:
- Fixed salary: AED 3,500 per month.
- Based in Business Bay, Dubai.
