Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical support, managing phone communications, and assisting executives with administrative tasks.Daily responsibilities include organizing schedules, handling correspondence, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining effective communication within the office.
Qualifications- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field
