Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager (B2B) with proven experience in the accounting and tax consultancy sector. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our professional services in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the sales and business development team to achieve ambitious targets.
Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and skills.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and regular follow-ups.
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met with tailored solutions.
Monitor performance metrics and report on pipeline, prospects, and conversions to management.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development processes, and client relationship management.
Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Excellent networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor activity.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management within accounting, audit, or tax consultancy in the UAE.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the accounting, audit, or tax consultancy industry in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax, Excise Tax) and the business setup environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
