Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 2 -5 years of experience in the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment solutions and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the UAE or GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and staffing domain.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, gaps, and evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and business proposals.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate and close business deals with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales performance reports.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and relevant industry functions to promote business growth.
