Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, focused on selling Document Management Systems / Enterprise Content Management (DMS/ECM) and other software solutions across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise software sales, a solid understanding of DMS/ECM platforms, and an existing network of enterprise clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for DMS and other software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong network with enterprise-level clients across various industries.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in software application sales;a strong focus on Document Management Systems (DMS/ECM) is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must; with demonstrated experience navigating the UAE market.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred) or related IT field.
• Strong network of enterprise customers in the UAE with a proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
