Charterhouse are partnered with a Systematic Hedge Fund, who is looking to add an experienced Operations Manager to build out their middle office and operations function.
The firm are due to commence trading out of the ADGM in the coming weeks and need an experienced operations manager to build out their middle office function. The build out will involve the following areas: trade execution and settlement, performance analysis, regulatory reporting, technology and infrastructure, vendor management.
The firm will purely be running systematic strategies across multiple asset classes and therefore, there will be a large focus on the technology aspects and having exposure to systematic trading systems is essential. This is an outstanding opportunity for the Operations Manager to build out a middle office structure from scratch and put their stamp on things.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience within Trade Operations across a systematic strategy within a hedge fund or sophisticated family office. Our client can be flexible on the asset class exposure, however, ideally position across multi-asset strategies would be preferred.
