We are looking for Salespeople with good experience of 1-9 years in Real Estate Retail, FMCG, Automobile ,Insurance.

Good communication skills is mandatory.

Job Profile: Assistant Sales Manager

Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.

Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.

Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.

Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.

Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.

Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.

Meeting Property Service Providers.

Explaining the wide range of Services available for them in Network.

Making available property data base of the area.

Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personal visits.

Candidate Requirements:

We are specifically looking forsales professionalswith the following profile only from Real Estate Industry :

• Minimum qualification:Graduate
• Stronganalytical skillsandpresence of mind
• Excellent communication skills(both verbal and written)
• Presentable appearanceand confident personality
• Prior experience inreal estate salesis highly preferred
• Must begoal-driven,self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Should have knowledge of local real estate trends and good negotiation skills
