• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize on-page/off-page SEO.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, VK (VKontakte), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, platform-specific content.
• Identify viral trends and produce short-form, shareable content (e.g., Reels, TikToks) aligned with our brand.
• Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on performance (CTR, engagement rate, reach).
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and contribute to visibility and community growth.

• 4+ years of experience in SEO and social media marketing.
• Proven ability to grow brand presence across social platforms organically.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for trends and content virality.
• Fluent in English is a must; Russian is a plus.
• Background in tourism or hospitality industry is a big advantage.
