Role Description
As aBusiness Development Consultant, you will lead ourB2B expansion strategyacross retail, spas, hospitality, and corporate sectors. This contract-based role requires a well-connected professional with proven experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying, approaching, and securingstrategic partnershipswith retailers, pharmacies, salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, and luxury hotels.
- Expanding intocorporate gifting contracts(employee wellness packs, VIP gifting, Ramadan/Eid gifting, government and hospitality clients).
- Leveraging yourexisting network and relationshipsto open doors and accelerate brand listings.
- Negotiatingcommercial termsincluding margins, listing fees, and promotional requirements.
- Building and managing apipeline of B2B accounts, ensuring consistent growth across multiple verticals.
- Providingmarket intelligenceon competitors, consumer trends, and pricing benchmarks to guide expansion strategy.
- Representing the brand atindustry events, exhibitions, and client meetings, acting as a trusted face of the company.
- Delivering regular updates, reports, and recommendations on business development progress.
- 5 years of proven business development / sales experiencein thebeauty, cosmetics, wellness, luxury retail, or gifting industry.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong existing network acrossUAE retailers, spa chains, salons, hotels, corporate gifting buyers, and government procurement.
- Demonstrated success insecuring high-value contractsand driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as aconsultant, delivering results on agreed KPIs.
- Based in the UAE with strong knowledge of GCC market dynamics.
