Opportunity - Senior Institutional Sales Global
As we expand our footprint across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa, we are hiring a Senior Institutional Sales Executivebased in Dubai to lead and grow our client relationships in the Dubai, Hong-Kong, MENA, ASIA, EU and broader African markets.This is a critical growth role that will shape how institutional clients across the region access and scale their digital asset strategies.
Your Core Responsibilities
Drive institutional client acquisition and engagement across Dubai, Hong-Kong, MENA, ASIA, EU and broader African markets.and key Global financial hubs
Build and manage a pipeline of active relationships with funds, family offices, OTC brokers, and trading desks
Align client needs with instiX's infrastructure for crypto-fiat conversion, OTC execution, and compliant cross-border settlements
Develop region-specific strategies for outreach, onboarding, and regulatory navigation especially with high-risk or capital-controlled jurisdictions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Legal, and Banking Ops teams to ensure seamless client experience
Represent instiX at regional summits, private finance forums, and institutional client meetings
Provide regular insights on regional market trends, liquidity demands, and compliance expectations to internal teams
What We're Looking For
510+ years of experience in institutional sales, trading, or capital markets roles within MENA, ASIA, EU
Strong network of institutional clients across Dubai, GCC, Hong-Kong, Singapore and Europe; ideally with exposure to crypto, commodities, FX, or structured products
Proven ability to close deals and manage client lifecycles with high-net-worth and institutional stakeholders
Experience working with complex onboarding (KYB, compliance, banking coordination)
Comfortable navigating evolving regulatory landscapes in the region
Strong communication skills with a proactive, relationship-first approach
Arabic or Chinese language skills are a plus, though not mandatory
Deep conviction in the future of digital assets, stablecoin infrastructure, and RWA tokenization
