Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary:

The broker acts as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote, and sell residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
• Ensure to meet performance targets.
• Identify client needs and provide property solutions accordingly.
• Oversee negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values and trends.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and documentation.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company standards.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, and investors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or Real Estate is required.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing, and sales practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage the clients and with proper follow ups.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially in diverse markets like the UAE).
• Familiarity with local property laws and regulations.
• Any degree certificate with UAE attestation is applicable.
