We are recruiting on behalf of our UAE-based client, a real estate company specializing in premium residential and investment properties across the UAE. The client works closely with private banking units and financial boutiques to offer tailored real estate investment solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for driven professionals looking to establish a successful career in Dubai's dynamic property market.
What the Role Offers:- This role offers attractive commission-based earnings, with average monthly income around USD 17,000.
- You will be working in a prestigious Class A office located in the B2B Tower in Dubai.
- The position includes frequent interaction with respected business owners and representatives from international media organizations.
- You may also be invited to exclusive events hosted by leading financial institutions.
- Comprehensive corporate in-house training is provided to accelerate your sales and relationship management success.
- You will join a motivated and collaborative professional team environment.
- You will support and guide clients in the purchase of business-class and premium off-plan properties in Dubai and RAK.
- This includes conducting property viewings and project showings, using CRM tools to manage tasks and client data,
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and staying updated on market trends to provide expert advice.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Dubai real estate market or a willingness to learn through structured corporate in-house training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- Previous experience in luxury real estate or business-related sales is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Russian is required.
