How you'll make an impact:

The Volume Account Manager reactively manages a portfolio of our smallest customers in the DACH region comprising Switzerland, Austria and Germany, providing support and account management services, and helping them to achieve and improve their business.

Your role in action:

  • The role holder will reactively manage 500 small sized accounts to provide them with support in the form of knowledge transfer, training, and market support.
  • They will manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring queries are handled in a timely manner.
  • They will complete administration tasks required in the re-contracting process for this segment of the Small and Medium Business portfolio.
  • This person will also undertake the qualification of all in-coming sales leads and ensure the sales lead is passed either to the appropriate account manager or business development manager for follow up.

  • Someone who is starting out on their account management journey and wants a good career. Demonstrable administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personable, with a professional and flexible approach to helping others and a willingness to perform routines tasks and learn the business. The ability to influence others within the company and build effective working relationships with internal colleagues and customers.
  • To possess the flexibility to take on special tasks as needed, and to provide management with advice based on your experience. Excellent office administration skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Be able to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments concurrently. Excellent attention to detail.
