Contractual Role

A highly professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area to reflect the firms standards
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth front-office operations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support event coordination and office logistics when required
