Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer in Dubai to provide exceptional support to patients, visitors, and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, patient relations, appointment coordination, healthcare administration, front office operations, and complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient support in a healthcare environment
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, registrations, and service requests
- Assist patients with hospital procedures, documentation, and healthcare services
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative departments
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk communications
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and service documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality standards
- Support billing, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling processes
- Promote a positive patient experience and high service standards
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Customer Service, or related field
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, medical centers, or healthcare facilities preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Knowledge of patient service standards and healthcare administration
- UAE healthcare experience preferred
