Administrator - Real Estate - Dubai

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to manage and oversee contract preparation, compliance, and administrative tasks related to real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of RERA, DLD regulations, and UAE real estate laws to ensure all documentation and processes adhere to legal requirements.

• Prepare and review real estate contracts, lease agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents in compliance with UAE real estate laws.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and DLD regulations, including property registration, Ejari contracts, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate property transactions between buyers, sellers, brokers, and developers, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Handle property listings and transfers on government portals such as Dubai REST and Trakheesi.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, title deeds, and other property-related documents.
• Assist in resolving contract disputes by liaising with legal teams, property owners, and regulatory bodies.
• Keep up to date with changes in UAE real estate laws, policies, and best practices.
• Support the sales and leasing teams with administrative tasks related to property transactions.

• Proven experience in real estate administration or a similar role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of RERA, DLD, Ejari, and UAE real estate laws.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing real estate contracts and legal documents.
• Experience using real estate portals such as Dubai REST, Trakheesi, and Ejari systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple transactions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.
