Role Overview:
We're looking for a sharp, energetic, and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the UAE market. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the local business landscape, and a passion for digital innovation.
You will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, upselling to existing clients, and representing DCX Transform at industry events. You'll also support marketing initiatives and develop partnerships with technology vendors to expand our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and wider GCC region.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.Drive end-to-end sales cycles from pitch to contract.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for existing clients.
Build long-term relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback loops.
Marketing & Campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams to support or initiate targeted marketing campaigns.
Help craft messaging for outreach emails, events, and social campaigns.Provide market insights to refine targeting strategies.
Partnerships & Networking: Establish relationships with technology vendors (e.g Microsoft, Salesforce).
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent DCX Transform.Explore co-marketing or referral partnerships.
Strategy & Reporting: Report regularly on KPIs, sales performance, and market trends.
Collaborate with leadership to align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Based in the UAE with strong knowledge of the regional market.
25 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a digital agency or tech environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (English is a must;).
Confident in client-facing roles and experienced in pitching digital services.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Comfortable participating in public events and building a professional network.
