About the Role- A leading Dubai-based organisation is seeking an experienced HR Specialist / HR Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic company while managing full-cycle HR functions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies
- Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and payroll coordination
- Support HR reporting and provide insights to senior leadership
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Competitive salary package: AED 30,000 – 45,000 monthly (DOE)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE or Gulf region
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
Salary: AED 30,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
