Your Mission

Do you thrive in customer-focused roles, ensuring satisfaction and operational efficiency As a Customer Service Representative at HOERBIGER, you will be the linchpin connecting customers with internal teams to deliver world-class service. You'll manage the complete sales cycle, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

How you will make a difference
  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full sales process, from RFQs to invoicing and payment collection. Customer Relationship Building: Interact directly with customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Operational Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • System Expertise: Proficient in utilizing SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office 365 (Word & Excel) for end-to-end process support.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Address customer claims, ensure timely communication, and collaborate on process improvements.
What you should be good at
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (advantage).
  • Customer Service Expertise: 5-7 years in an international setting, preferably in technical sales support or supply chain / customer service.
  • IT Proficiency: Advanced SAP / Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with business email etiquettes; knowledge of Arabic and/or French will be an added advantage.
  • Legal and Commercial Awareness: Familiarity with Export & Trade compliance, Incoterms & payment terms
  • Teamwork and Organization: A Team player pro-actively supporting the Line Manager on stretch assignments and focus on customer centricity.
