About Us:

OEXN is a globally regulated FX/CFDs broker offering an extensive range of financial products and services. With a client-first approach and rapid expansion, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional support to our traders and partners in the Middle East and India regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist clients via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to account opening, deposits/withdrawals, trading platforms, and technical issues.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Guide new clients through the account setup process and help ensure they understand our trading platforms and services.
  • Client Education: Offer product-related information (FX, CFDs, platforms like MT4/MT5), and educate clients on trading conditions, leverage, spreads, and compliance.
  • Retention Focused: Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and build long-term relationships with traders and investors.
  • Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and escalate to relevant departments when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Compliance Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant communication with clients.
  • Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer support role within a forex, CFD, or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of FX and CFD products and trading platforms (MT4, MT5).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic and/or Hindi are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with clients from the Middle East and India.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
