Vice President of Marketing

- Creative Marketing:
- Design & Lead the creative team in developing innovative and impactful marketing materials.
- Oversee the creation of visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and high-quality output & Implement AI tools to streamline creative processes and enhance content production.
- Drive cost efficiency by reducing reliance on external agencies and enhancing the internal capabilities.
- Manage the content management system of the company, ensuring high-quality and consistent content delivery.
- Media Department:
- Lead the media department responsible of all Paid media across channels, and enable them to develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels (digital, print, broadcast).
- Lead the development and execution of the overall paid media strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, suppliers, digital publishers, and innovation partners to secure the best deals and partnerships.
- Implement new tools and technologies to enhance media buying, planning, and performance.
- Establish policies, processes, and best practices to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the paid media domain.
- Utilize AI-driven analytics to track media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure media campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
- Sponsorships & Consumer Events:
- Ownership of the sponsorship & Activations roadmap strategy to assess, spot and leverage assets to drive value.
- Lead and manage the planning and execution of all events and sponsorship activations.
- Develop and implement event activation strategies, determining which events to sponsor and how to drive ROI.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Agencies, Partnerships & Budget Governance:
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Implement AI-driven budget management tools to track spending and optimize financial performance.
- Evaluate and vet new partnerships to onboard best-in-class tools and suppliers.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and integration into the company.
- 18+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events activations and operations.
- Regional Middle East experience is key
- Agency and in-house background is a plus
- Strong ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and technology in marketing.
- Experience owning large marketing budgets
