Job Description

Job Purpose
  • Responsible for the successful delivery, modernization, and operational excellence of all business applications across our diversified group, including Oracle Fusion ERP, YARDI, Unifier, Workvivo and other core systems supporting Finance, Procurement, HR, Real Estate, Development, Asset Management.
  • Lead solution architects, technology vendors, and delivery teams, with full accountability for project delivery, platform strategy, benefit realization, and Level 3 support operations.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for strategic technology partners and own the budget related to enterprise applications and solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Ownership & Roadmap
  • Define, own, and drive the end-to-end strategy and lifecycle for all business applications and enterprise platforms.
  • Develop and continuously refine the roadmap for ERP, property and asset management platforms, project controls tools, HR systems, and employee engagement platforms.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, aligned with business needs, and delivering long-term value.
Platform Delivery & Transformation
  • Lead and govern the execution of transformation programs involving enterprise applications.
  • Deliver high-impact projects in partnership with functional stakeholders and business analysts.
  • Drive simplification, automation, and modernization of legacy systems and processes.
  • Own and manage Level 3 operations to ensure system stability, scalability, and performance.
Strategic Vendor & Partner Management
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for key technology vendors such as Oracle, YARDI, and others.
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiation, performance tracking, and relationship development with strategic partners.
  • Ensure vendor delivery is aligned with internal standards, timelines, and value outcomes.
Governance, Standards, and Budget Management
  • Implement governance frameworks for solution delivery, architectural compliance, and risk management.
  • Own and manage the enterprise solutions budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Report progress, financials, and benefits to leadership and ensure transparency in decision-making.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, technical leads, and external delivery resources.
  • Collaborate closely with domain Business Analysts, Enterprise Architecture, and other platform teams (Cloud, Data, Integration).
  • Foster a culture of ownership, agility, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.
Related Year Of Experience
  • Min of 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing ERP or major enterprise platforms.
Field Of Experience
  • Proven success in managing Oracle Fusion ERP and related business systems (e.g., YARDI, Unifier).
  • Experience delivering technology transformations in complex, multi-business-unit environments.
  • Strong background in working with real estate, capital projects, property management, or similar industries is preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Deep understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, Real Estate Development, and Operations.
  • Expertise in ERP architecture, SaaS platforms, integration patterns, and platform governance.
  • Familiarity with platform operations and support models, including Level 3 support management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing enterprise technology budgets.
  • Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior business stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into platform initiatives with measurable benefits.
QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
