Job summary: We are looking for a Document Controller with experience in the construction industry to manage all project documents effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, storing, and maintaining company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job responsibility:
- Oversee the receipt, distribution, and tracking of all project documents
- Maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving documents
- Ensure all documents are up to date, accurate, and comply with industry regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
Candidate requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree is a must
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other document management software
