Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, in a psychology centre located in JLT, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.Day-to-day tasks include handling correspondence, maintaining office files, and assisting executive staff with administrative duties. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Qualifications- Skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Background in Health Care sector
