Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, in a psychology centre located in JLT, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

Day-to-day tasks include handling correspondence, maintaining office files, and assisting executive staff with administrative duties. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Background in Health Care sector
