We're on the lookout for a seasoned F&B Business Development & Operations Manager to lead the setup and expansion of a premium artisanal ice cream franchise in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground upshaping everything from market entry to full-scale operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conducting feasibility studies and competitive analysis

Finalizing franchise contracts and negotiating commercial terms

Leading store setup from design to launch

Building supply chains, hiring top talent, and training staff

Creating marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and foot traffic

Structuring investment models and operational budgets

Driving long-term expansion across Dubai and beyond

You're a great fit if you have:

5+ years experience in F&B development, franchising, or hospitality management

Strong knowledge of Dubai's food & beverage market and regulations

Expertise in business planning, supplier negotiations, and store operations

A robust network across landlords, suppliers, and mall operators

An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for launching brands
