Sales Officer – Personal Loans (Direct Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Officers to join our Direct Sales Personal Loans team. In this role, you will be responsible for approaching potential customers in person to promote and sell personal loan products. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source new clients through field visits, referrals, and cold calls
• Promote and sell Personal Loan products to individual customers
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend the most suitable loan options
• Ensure accurate completion of application forms and supporting documentation
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with policy changes
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Provide post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: High school diploma (bachelors degree preferred)
• Experience: At least 1 year of direct sales experience (preferably in banking or financial products)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 5,000 9,000 per month (based on experience)
