Job description

Weu2019re looking for a specialist marketing professional to join our local marketing team and work closely with the senior marketing manager to grow Talabat Kuwait partnerships.

• Assist in managing the local advertising, promotional campaigns, and event management as per the department quarterly plan, brand guidelines, and budget.
• Ensure that Talabat is well positioned as a brand in the local market and reaching the right audience to optimize market share.
• Facilitate campaign requirements requested by the marketing manager with the local sales team, ensuring content, offers, and details are briefed clearly.

Social media:

• Organize a 3-month calendar, updated on a daily basis.
• Own social media and content generation.
• Create influencer plans (minimum one a month) and brand ambassadors (minimum two a month).
• Daily monitoring of Talabat platforms as well as competitor platforms.
• Ensure that brand awareness, base expansion (acquisitions), and frequency (orders) are the focal results for any social media activity.
• Identify new trends on social media that allow for brand exposure and local relevance.
• Monitor response to customer inquiries and comments on all social media platforms within three hours.

Events:

• Assist from A to Z on ground activations, supervise marketing material and promoters for optimal brand exposure and presentation.
• Continuously stay aware of the latest trends and events taking place and evaluate if and how the Talabat brand can be impactful in its presence.

Payments:

• Responsible for purchase order raising, receiving invoices and quotations from vendors, and orderly payments in alignment with the finance department.
• Organize payment files for the marketing department.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline, with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in idea-sharing environments.
• Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in fast-paced settings.
• Prior experience within the FMCG or retail sectors is highly desirable.
