Personal Assistant (PA) –Arabic speaker- Legal background is mandatory
Location: Damascus, Syria
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior management in our Damascus office. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative experience and excellent proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinating meetings and preparing minutes
Handling confidential documents and communication
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence in English
Liaising with internal departments and external partners
Managing office tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure- Professional attitude, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail
