Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO's schedule, communications, and business priorities are managed efficiently and effectively.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings, events, and business engagements.
Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and external partners.
Administrative Management
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure key deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and executive administrative tasks.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO.
Travel & Event Management
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Manage logistics and scheduling for business trips and stakeholder engagements.
Strategic & Operational Support
  • Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and business priorities.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations.
  • Support project management activities and monitor progress on key initiatives.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.

Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Arabic will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools.
