Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, organised, and professional Personal Assistant to support a high-performing real estate agent at haus & haus. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, allowing the agent to focus on client meetings, negotiations, and generating new business.
What You'll Do- Manage the agent's diary, scheduling appointments, meetings, and viewings efficiently.
- Monitor and respond to emails and WhatsApp messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep the CRM and internal systems organised and up to date.
- Proactively match buyers to suitable properties across the company database and reach out to relevant contacts to create new opportunities.
- Identify potential buyer matches beyond the agent's own listings and connect qualified leads where appropriate.
- Prepare and send monthly market reports to homeowners, including updates on recently sold and newly listed properties.
- Liaise with conveyancers and assist with administrative tasks throughout the sales progression process.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the agent's workflow remains efficient and well organised.
- Presentable, professional, and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Exceptionally organised and capable of managing a busy diary and multiple priorities.
- Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Proactive in matching buyers through the system and identifying sales opportunities.
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a fast-paced real estate environment.
