Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand strategy, business objectives, and deliver measurable results.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and performance tracking, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Strategize and manage content calendars across social platforms, ensuring engaging, on-brand content and timely execution.
- Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor platform performance, analyze KPIs, and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Manage partnerships with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Content Development & Brand Communication:
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, and web content.
- Collaborate with creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Ensure content quality, messaging accuracy, and campaign alignment.
Market Research & Analytics:
- Conduct competitive research and consumer insight analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Translate marketing data into actionable strategies and performance insights.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and brand performance.
Event & Activation Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, sponsorships, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Drive pre-event buzz and post-event analysis to evaluate impact and optimize future events.
Delivery Aggregator Management:
- Plan and implement platform-specific campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor aggregator performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing roles
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and to manage periods of heavy & conflicting work demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
