Preeminent Properties is a leading real estate firm in Dubai, committed to providing premium property solutions and delivering exceptional client experiences. As we expand, we are looking for ambitious and dynamic Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibility- Off-plan Properties - Main Role
- Actively source, list, and close property sales and rental deals in Dubai.
- Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends and property values.
- Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
- Negotiate offers and finalize deals ensuring compliance with RERA and company standards.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai (minimum 1 year Experience preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license & car.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, communities, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
- Language: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukranian, Turkish
