Job Description

The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source commercial real estate opportunities for clients (tenants, landlords, buyers, and investors)
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property values
• Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including property listing, marketing, negotiations, and contract execution
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and actively prospect new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Prepare and present property proposals, comparative market analyses (CMAs), and investment summaries
• Coordinate and conduct site visits, property inspections, and client meetings
• Liaise with legal, finance, and property management teams to support successful deal closure
• Stay updated on real estate trends, zoning regulations, and competitive market data
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a commercial real estate broker or agent (minimum [X] years)
• Strong understanding of commercial property types and leasing/sales processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Real estate license (as required by local laws/regulations)
• Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with investment properties, portfolio sales, or tenant representation
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, commercial leases, and zoning
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
