Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, drive developer and secondary market transactions, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include crafting sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring revenue growth across residential and investment markets.The role also involves identifying market trends, representing the company at client meetings and events, and ensuring customer satisfaction with strategic property solutions and services.
Qualifications- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Experience in the real estate market, including developer sales, off-plan transactions, and secondary market transactions
- Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, client management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in market research, strategy development, and identifying trends
- Skills in CRM management and familiarity with sales technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and professional environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
