Assistant Relationship Manager-Luxury Division

Employment: Full Time
This opportunity is with a large group with diversified businesses across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with VIP clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Personalize services based on detailed client profiles and regular engagement.
- Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and client expectations.
- Coordinate property inspections, snagging, and key handovers.
- Resolve client concerns related to payments, documentation, or handovers.
- Communicate proactively on overdue payments and potential legal actions.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless processes.
- Address client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Recommend improvements to enhance client experience and service efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 2–4 years’ experience in relationship management, ideally with VIP clients in real estate or luxury sectors.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
