This opportunity is with a large group with diversified businesses across multiple sectors.

• Manage and grow relationships with VIP clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Personalize services based on detailed client profiles and regular engagement.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and client expectations.
• Coordinate property inspections, snagging, and key handovers.
• Resolve client concerns related to payments, documentation, or handovers.
• Communicate proactively on overdue payments and potential legal actions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless processes.
• Address client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Recommend improvements to enhance client experience and service efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience in relationship management, ideally with VIP clients in real estate or luxury sectors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
