Job Summary:
Signature Collection Realty is seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager / Senior Consultant to join our elite team. You will be responsible for managing high-net-worth client portfolios, closing luxury property deals, and building long-term client relationships in Dubais competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent luxury villas and townhouses from the companys exclusive inventory.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with new and existing high-profile clients.
Lead client consultations, provide property tours, and offer expert investment advice.
Understand and anticipate clients needs, offering personalized property solutions.
Manage end-to-end deal processes: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and client support.
Keep up to date with current market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and follow-up actions efficiently.
Guide and support junior consultants as needed and contribute to internal training.
Ensure exceptional client service and follow-up even after deal closure.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dubai real estate or luxury property sales.
Proven track record of closing high-value property deals.
Fluent in English; multilingual candidates (Arabic, Russian, Swedish, etc.) are highly preferred.
Deep understanding of Dubais real estate laws, freehold areas, and developer offerings.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and behavior in line with the brands luxury image.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
