What Youll Do:

Manage & grow broker networks

Close deals on luxury apartments, villas, branded residences

Handle pricing, negotiations & client contracts

Lead trainings, walkthroughs & launch support

Track KPIs, optimize pipeline performance

Ideal Candidate:

4+ years of UAE real estate sales experience

Strong broker relationships and closure history

Excellent in communication, negotiation & follow-ups

Familiar with CRM, WhatsApp/email workflows & property portals

Ambitious, self-driven & thrives in high-performance setups
