As the Learning & Talent Training Lead - Sales and Retail (Emiratisation) , you will provide strategic support to the business in the design, development, and delivery of business-critical learning solutions, aligned to Group values and the employee experience.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of learning solutions critical to business needs and strategic priorities in Operational Training, Sales, and Retail.
- Ensure compliance with the expectations of the Strategic Business Partners, Learning Experience Standards, and, where applicable, Regulatory Compliance and Audit.
- Drive performance within the team, ensuring skills and capabilities continually develop to provide a cutting-edge service to the business.
- Map capabilities and coordinate resources to ensure the right people are matched to the right project.
- Promote continual development and evolve digital literacy within the teams.
- Drive a dynamic, results-focused culture that leverages performance data, in coordination with LT Operations Support and Learning Experience Standards and Analytics.
- Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly, and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Honours, preferably in a related field
- 8 years' experience in a people development role or learning leadership role
- 8 years' experience in the Sales/Retail field
- Master's level qualification and Project Management certification would be an asset

- A critical thinker who challenges the status quo, uses data to inform decisions, and continuously seeks opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and organisational improvement.
