The Learning & Talent Partner (Emiratisation) will work closely with other Learning & Talent (L&T) team members to gain experience and exposure within the Learning and Talent sector in order to support the various streams to drive a learning culture and enhance employee learning experience across the organisation.
In This Role, You Will- Work across the L&T streams to fully understand the various purpose and functionality of each area and apply this knowledge and skills to drive a learning culture within the Emirates Group.
- Execute the Emiratization Learning & Development strategy by designing and delivering learning and talent solutions catered to the training needs of this community
- Facilitate business areas by embedding people-focused learning and talent solutions into departments and creating long term sustainable behavioural change.
- Provide Centre of Excellence (COE) services to our HR Partners and business areas in order to recognise, diagnose and recommend an effective development solution.
- Partner both internally within L&T and broadly within the business to effectively measure the impact of our solutions.
- Proactively stay up to date with emerging learning, organisational effectiveness, leadership and talent trends across industries and anticipate how these might impact our business reality.
- Work cross functionally across the L&T portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Honours, preferably in a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a learning or people development role, with proven experience conducting research and translating findings into effective interventions.
- Proficiency in conducting people research, analysing data, and translating insights into effective development interventions.
- Initiative, accountability, and a positive can-do attitude, coupled with resilience and perseverance to overcome challenges.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to form effective partnerships with executives and senior leaders and influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, thriving in agile, team-oriented environments.
- A growth mindset with self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Critical thinking and adaptability, with the ability to question the status quo, respond to changing business needs, and identify opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements.
