With an expanding portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to driving our talent strategy, attracting top-tier professionals, and supporting our company's ambitious growth objectives in the competitive Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs across sales, leasing, property management, marketing, and corporate functions.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates within the real estate sector.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from job posting and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends in real estate recruitment in Dubai and the wider GCC region.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives that position the company as a leading real estate employer in Dubai.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Stay current with UAE labor laws and visa processes relevant to talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 year within the Dubai real estate sector.
  • Proven success in recruiting for various roles in real estate - particularly in sales and leasing.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong network within the Dubai real estate talent market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
