Planning Manager - High-Rise Construction

Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Planning Manager on behalf of a reputed Main Contracting Company in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the planning and scheduling phases of major high-rise construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize planning and scheduling software to track progress and identify potential delays or risks.
- Provide strong leadership and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of proven experience in construction planning.
- Project Expertise: Strong background in high-rise construction projects is essential.
- Industry Background: Prior experience with a Main Contracting Company is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning/scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and strong knowledge of monitoring and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Language: Fluent Arabic speaking is MANDATORY.
