Hiring: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai
Salary: AED 7,000 10,000 (based on experience)
Joining Date: 1st September 2025

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and international business engagements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage complex schedules and travel itineraries.

This role will involve regular international travel for work and requires a flexible, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEOs daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate and arrange both domestic and international travel, including visas, flights, and accommodations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organise and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of business events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle personal errands and ad-hoc tasks for the CEO as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 35 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex travel arrangements and adapt to changing schedules.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally for work.
