Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (digital and physical).
  • Draft and manage correspondence, emails, memos, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for meetings.
  • Manage personal errands and tasks as assigned.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Monitor and manage incoming communications and prioritize accordingly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
