Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (digital and physical).
- Draft and manage correspondence, emails, memos, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for meetings.
- Manage personal errands and tasks as assigned.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Monitor and manage incoming communications and prioritize accordingly.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
