Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Supervisor based in Sharjah. The Collections Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the debt collection team, manage and supervise collection activities, analyze collection data, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

The role includes overseeing customer communications, resolving payment issues, and working closely with the finance team to optimize recovery processes.

Skills in Debt Collection and Finance
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven leadership and team management experience
Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with legal regulations and best practices in collections
