• Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering
• 3+ years in case of master's degree (5+ years in case of bachelor's degree) in related area
• Experience in full contract lifecycle management
• Ability to conduct market research and benchmarking for procurement activities
• Skilled in policy analysis, development, and implementation
• Competence in supplier qualification, classification, and evaluation
• Experience in procurement planning and budget alignment
• Understanding of the organization's business context and operational framework
• Proficiency in tendering processes and technical evaluation
• Strong core data analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of governance, regulatory, and compliance standards
