- Role - Customer Care/Customer Service Representative
- Type - Outsourced
- contract - 12 months extendable
- Salary - 3500 AED
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information as needed
- Assist customers with product/service information, billing inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors
- Document all call information accurately in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively support customers
- Adhere to call center policies, procedures, and quality standards
