Job Title: Production Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Production Coordinator plays a vital role in the smooth execution of film, video, or commercial productions. This position involves managing client communication, scheduling shoots, and coordinating all logistical elements including locations, cast members, and crew to ensure the project runs efficiently and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication to understand and fulfill their production needs.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of shoot scheduling, including confirming dates, times, and locations with all relevant parties.
• Scout, secure, and manage shooting locations, ensuring they meet production requirements and that all necessary permits are obtained.
• Coordinate with cast members and crew to confirm availability, provide necessary information, and ensure timely presence on set.
• Manage logistics such as transportation, accommodations, catering, and equipment needs to support seamless production flow.
• Assist in monitoring production budgets and expenses to help keep projects within financial targets.
• Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges during production to minimize disruptions and maintain schedules.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production coordination or a related role within film, video, or commercial production.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple moving parts effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between clients, talent, and crew professionally.
