- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
- Certification – ITIL Foundation, PMP, CSM
- Must be Arabic speakers.
