Business Development Executive - IT Solutions Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base and driving sales of innovative IT solutions across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth of IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Attend industry events and networking activities to expand professional connections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years (BDE) in IT solutions sales.
- Proven experience in IT solution sales or business development role.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to Abudhabi from Dubai if required.
- Holder of a valid local driving license; vehicle availability is an added advantage
- Looking for a candidate between the age group from 26-33 years
