Sr Business Development Executive - Abu Dhabi

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sr.Business Development Executive with experience in the training sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and increasing market share in corporate and institutional training programs.

You will develop strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, and work closely with the marketing and training teams to deliver customized learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the training and education sector, focusing on corporate clients.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including corporations, government entities, educational institutions, and individuals looking for professional development and certification programs.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate new leads and secure partnerships with key decision-makers in HR, L&D (Learning and Development), and other relevant departments within companies and organizations.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored training and educational solutions, including corporate training programs, certification courses, and workshops, to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, sales forecasting, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional training services.
  • Collaboration with Training Teams: Work closely with the curriculum design, training delivery, and marketing teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with customer needs and industry standards.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline management, and generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales andBusiness Development role within the training, education, or professional development industry.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate training landscape, including employee development programs, certification courses, and L&D initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in developing business relationships and generating new business opportunities in the training sector.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with B2B clients, especially in corporate learning and development or training institutes.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning solutions is a plus.
